Equipment
Hosting & data center
Docoon equipment is hosted by professionals at sites that provide every guarantee of quality and continuity of service. Our data centers have the highest level of certification (ISO 27001) and are all located in France.
To ensure continuity of service, Docoon uses a global, distributed, and communicating (distributed) system.
No machine is unique. Every component (machine, network card, hard drive, power supply, etc.), regardless of its function, has a "sister" component that already performs the same function, or is capable of performing it with a quick start-up time.
Our digitization and archiving solutions provide Active/Active BACKUP as standard on a second remote data center located 7.5 km away.
Our MULTI-CHANNEL digital exchange and communication solutions offer a BACKUP solution, which is a true replication of the primary solution, providing our customers with a second point of access to the Docoon distribution system.
Our data centers are directly interconnected to the largest operators: France Telecom, SFR, NTT, Level 3 Communication, Global Crossing, and Teleglobe. This allows you to benefit from the best routes available on the Internet at all times, but also to be 100% redundant in the event of a route failure.

Data confidentiality and integrity are guaranteed during exchanges between the customer site and Docoon infrastructures thanks to:
• SSL/TLS encryption protocols
• Secure private connections (leased line)
• Encrypted VPN tunnel as required
During treatment
Data is protected throughout its processing by Docoon:
• Secure hosting and isolation of the IT system (firewalls, DMZ, dedicated LAN)
• Strictly controlled access, reserved for a limited number of authorized technicians and regularly reviewed
• Contractual confidentiality agreement for all parties involved

Docoon has obtained ISO 27001 certification, demonstrating our highest level of security accreditation. Achieving this international standard is testament to our determination to continuously improve our processes in order to better satisfy our partners and customers.
eIDAS Qualified electronic certificates logo
Our customers benefit from the highest level of authentication and integrity for their documents thanks to eIDAS Qualified electronic certificates used across several HSMs (Hardware Security Modules) hosted in France and certified by ANSSI, enabling the signing of more than 1,500 documents per second. All our dematerialized documents are time-stamped based on a Qualified eIDAS certificate.
NF Z 42-013
Our electronic archiving system for evidentiary purposes is NF 461 certified and complies with the NF Z 42-013 standard.

Docoon is a member of GS1 France, the global standardization organization that enables companies to define and adopt common rules (standards) to facilitate the exchange of information between companies and retailers. This commitment guarantees Docoon customers the interoperability of solutions and continuity of services in all circumstances. For Docoon, this is the Charter for the Interoperability of Electronic Invoicing Solutions.
FNFE
The National Forum for Electronic Invoicing and Electronic Public Procurement is an association whose mission is to facilitate the broadest possible consultation between all French public and private stakeholders in the context of the rollout of electronic invoicing. A member since its creation, Docoon participates in the standardization and development of electronic invoicing solutions in collaboration with the DGFIP.

DOCOON is committed to making the processing of personal data a major priority. Respect for and protection of data are at the heart of our concerns and continuously guide our technological and commercial processes.
By obtaining the PRIVACY PROTECTION PACT label, Docoon demonstrates its commitment and standards regarding values and respect for personal data protection, and affirms its desire to be recognized as a data-confidential organization.
FNTC
Docoon is a member of the Fédération Nationale des Tiers de Confiance (National Federation of Trusted Third Parties), selected by the Federation's Board of Directors for the quality of the traceability and time-stamping of transactions passing through its platforms.
Docoon, due to the accuracy and amount of technical information collected during the processing or transmission of messages, can act as a trusted third party in any dispute that may arise between one of its customers and one of the recipients of its messages.
DMA France & SPAM Signal
The members of DMA France offer ethical and trustworthy multi-channel marketing services to businesses and institutions.
Among other things, this label allows Docoon to implement the SIGNAL SPAM feedback loop, enabling internet users to exercise their right to object. Any reports sent via the SIGNAL SPAM platform are forwarded in real time to the Docoon platform, which ensures that the internet user's right to object is taken into account by the sender of the message.
ARCEP
Docoon holds a telecom operator license issued by ARCEP.
