The Approved Electronic Invoicing Platform: Docoon Invoice
Docoon develops an "expert" electronic invoicing service as an Approved Platform (PA), registered and certified by the government. This is a regulatory response to the requirement for all French companies to use mandatory electronic invoicing.
A PA designed for publishers and compatible solutions. Turn a regulatory constraint into an asset!
Integrate Docoon Invoice as a white label/gray label solution
Why offer your customers reliable PA, powered by a recognized publisher in the market?
- Ensure business continuity for your customers.
- Use a tool that is guaranteed to remain compliant over the long term.
- Maintain control over the user experience by avoiding interconnection with external PAs chosen by your customers.
- Ensure native integration via API.
- Reduce your churn rate by building customer loyalty with a seamless, reliable, and ready-to-use solution.
- Acquire new customers, such as small and medium-sized businesses, who are equipped with older generation software and for whom interoperability may be complex (no API, semi-automatic flows).

Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ – Reform & Compliance
Questions about the upcoming reform and Docoon Invoice? We answer all your questions.
Yes. All invoices between VAT-registered companies must be sent in a structured electronic format (Factur-X, UBL, CII), according to a phased schedule.
As of September 1, 2026, all companies will be required to receive electronic invoices.
As of September 1, 2026, large companies and medium-sized companies (ETI) will be required to issue electronic invoices.
As part of the reform, Chorus Pro remains the exclusive tool for B2G. Depending on the size of the company and the volume of invoices, Chorus Pro offers several transmission modes. A PA such as Docoon Invoice allows invoices to be sent automatically to Chorus Pro.
Each PA meets strict security and compliance criteria in order to be registered by the DGFiP. Doccon hosts your data in a sovereign cloud (SecNumCloud).
Due to its registration as a PA, Docoon Invoice meets all compliance requirements (e-invoicing and e-reporting obligations) specific to the electronic invoicing reform.
Check that your ERP is compatible with Approved Platforms. Docoon offers simple integration, either via API for complete automation or via a SaaS portal accessible from any browser.
