Docoon, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 338 698 384, with its registered office at 81, rue Réaumur, 75002 Paris, is a company specializing in document digitization (invoices, contracts, pay slips) and the electronic transmission (sending and receiving) of faxes, emails, text messages, voice messages, and mail.

What data do we process?

How long can we keep your data?

 Docoon only retains your Data for the period necessary for the operations for which it was collected and in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

For example:

  • Docoon retains your data relating to your requests to exercise your rights under the GDPR for the duration of the processing of the request, plus one year, and six years for the right to object, in accordance with the applicable limitation periods.
  • Docoon retains your data relating to a request for the duration of the request processing period plus the applicable statutory limitation period.

What are your rights regarding your data?
