Aware of the importance of ensuring the confidentiality of Data, the Docoon company (hereinafter "Docoon") makes strong commitments to the protection of personal data and for compliance with regulations and in particular the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("RGPD") and the amended Data Protection Act n°78-17.
Thus, the purpose of this privacy policy (hereinafter " Privacy Policy " or "Policy") is to explain how Docoon collects, processes and protects your Personal Data.

Who we are
Docoon, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 338 698 384 and headquartered at 81, rue Réaumur 75002 Paris, is a company specializing in document dematerialization (invoices, contracts, pay slips) and electronic transport (transmission and reception) of fax, email, SMS, voice and mail messages.
Docoon is responsible for the processing carried out by the docoon.com website (hereinafter the "Site").
What data do we process?
When using the Site, certain personal data (the "Data") concerning the user (the "User") may be collected. Docoon takes care to collect and process only Data that is strictly necessary for the purposes set out below.
Personal data is any information that allows you to be identified as a natural person or to be recognized, directly or indirectly. Why do we process data?
The data processing carried out by Docoon via the Site is used for explicit, legitimate and specific purposes.

- Improve our services and functionalities;

With whom may we share your data?
Docoon only communicates Data to authorized and specified recipients. These recipients include the following:
- Docoon's internal departments in charge of this processing;
- Doccon's technical service providers;
- member companies of the Docoon group.
In certain cases provided for by law, your Data may be transmitted to third parties legally entitled to access it upon specific request: judicial authority, administrative authority, etc.

How long can we keep your data?
Docoon only keeps your Data for as long as is necessary for the operations for which they were collected and in compliance with current legislation, in particular in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
For example:
- Docoon retains your data relating to your requests to exercise rights provided for by the RGPD for the time required to process the request increased by one year and six years for the right to object in application in application of limitation periods.
- Docoon retains your data relating to a request for the time required to process the request, plus the applicable legal time limit.
What are your rights regarding your data?
You have, at any time and within the limits of the Regulations, the right to ask Docoon for access to, rectification or deletion of your data, the right to limit its processing, the right to object to such processing, as well as the right to request the portability of Data. How do we use cookies?
