By automating repetitive tasks (contract validation, customer reminders, archiving), our digitization platform eliminates costs associated with paper, postal mail, and human error. For example, the electronic format allows you to reduce the processing time for a paper invoice by 75%. Savings: By automating invoice flow management, a company can save up to 50% of the cost of processing an invoice, while speeding up the overall process. Built-in compliance: Our workflows comply with eIDAS and NF Z 42-013 standards for risk-free digital transformation.
Yes, all companies (including micro-enterprises) will have to receive electronic invoices from September 1, 2026, and issue them from: September 1, 2026 for large companies/mid-cap companies, September 1, 2027 for SMEs/micro-enterprises. If you fail to comply with the invoice format, you will be liable to a fixed fine of €15 per invoice, capped at €15,000 per calendar year. You will be penalized from the second offense onwards. If you fail to comply with the e-reporting obligation, you will be liable to a fixed fine of €250 per transmission not made, capped at €15,000 per calendar year. In the event of missing or incorrect data in the e-reporting, you will be fined €15, capped at €15,000 per year. In other words, repeated omissions or delays in e-reporting can be costly if not corrected quickly.
Docoon Invoice can be fully integrated into your offering as a white label (no mention of Docoon, fully customized interface) or gray label (discreet co-branding). These integration modes allow you to offer a compliant electronic invoicing solution (Factur-X, e-reporting, Chorus Pro) directly under your own visual identity.
HR digitization allows you to automate and secure all human resources-related documents: contracts, amendments, pay slips, employee files, certificates, HR correspondence, etc. With Docoon, you benefit from a 100% digital HR chain that complies with eIDAS standards and French legal requirements (evidential archiving, qualified electronic signature, time stamping).
Our digital platform for real estate addresses the challenges facing the sector: 1/Electronic invoicing: digitization of incoming and outgoing invoices, automation of exchanges with the Chorus Pro portal, work status reports, management of capital calls. 2/Financial management: automation of financial management operations with banks, secure exchanges with the Public Treasury. 3/Administrative and technical management: automation of exchanges with the CAF and SNE. Our multichannel communication solution covers six channels with legal traceability: transactional email (with certified read receipt), SMS (ideal for urgent reminders), Pushapp (mobile app for receiving notifications), voice (pre-recorded message for audiences without internet access), mail, and fax.
When choosing an electronic signature solution, several key criteria must be taken into account: legal compliance (eIDAS regulation in Europe), security (signatory authentication, audit log, encryption), integration with your systems (ERP, CRM, EDM), user experience, scalability, and cost. By choosing Docoon.sign, you are opting for an electronic signature that is legally reliable (evidential value), technically secure, integrated with your existing processes, and easy to use for your employees and partners.
The Docoon infrastructure is based on a highly secure architecture (encryption of data flows, strong authentication, 24/7 monitoring), sovereign (data centers located in France, compliant with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001), redundant, highly available (service continuity even in the event of hardware or software incidents), and certified, designed to guarantee optimal availability of your critical services (electronic invoicing, signature, archiving, document workflows).
A reliable copy (NF Z 42-013 standard) is a legally enforceable reproduction of the original, with: - Certified timestamp (proof of date), - Digital fingerprint (document integrity), - Electronic archiving for the legal period. A standard scan has no probative value in court. Docoon, thanks to its time-stamping and qualified eIDAS signature and archiving solutions, enables digital copies to be used as evidence (reliability).
