Docoon works with a large network of partners who contribute significantly to the group's success. Docoon's commitment to its ecosystem is to adapt to its partners' businesses in order to provide them with high-end solutions and products tailored to their specific needs. This is the essence of our commitment. That is why we are proud and delighted to have been able to forge new links and enrich existing collaborations since the beginning of the year with companies that are leaders in their respective fields: Xelians, Eurêka Solutions, and LCS Group, an ERP solutions integrator and Cegid's leading partner in France.

1. Three main types of partners

Docoon is fully committed to working alongside its partners—publishers, integrators, and resellers—to enable them to integrate solutions that guarantee the highest level of quality, security, and compliance.

2. A network of partner clients who are recognized in their fields

Over the years, we have built strong, lasting partnerships with publishers who are recognized leaders in their markets. Examples include DIVALTO (specialist in CRM and ERP), APLUS INFORMATIQUE (management software for transport companies), and EBP ( management and accounting software and solutions). They have all chosen to partner with Docoon by offering native connectors to their ERP systems. Docoon enables them to meet the requirements of electronic invoicing reform, for example.

In the case of our partnership with the publisher DIVALTO, these connectors take the form of API calls between DIVALTO and Docoon's web services. The quality of the Docoon API allows the two applications to communicate easily with each other. We offer DIVALTO software end users the opportunity to take advantage of the full Docoon service without having to connect to a third-party application. In this way, we enhance Divalto's value proposition in specific business areas that only we master, with added technological value that guarantees end users a reliable, simplified technological solution that complies with legal requirements.

The integrators who place their trust in us include TGS FRANCE (DIVALTO integrator), MLR CONSEIL (SAP integrator), and LCS GROUP (Cegid integrator). They have chosen to integrate Docoon into the various solutions they offer their customers. LCS GROUP (a subsidiary of the plenITude Group) is theleading CEGID integrator in France, but also integrates services from publishers such as SAGE and DIVALTO. LCS GROUP has chosen Docoon as its future PDP (Partner Dematerialization Platform) as part of the electronic invoicing reform. We offer our partner, LCS GROUP, simplicity with a single PDP that can be integrated with the solutions from various publishers that it installs for its customers.

On the reseller side, we work with around fifty active distributors of our solutions, including TOSHIBA ( office automation, digital transformation, dematerialization), KONICA MINOLTA ( printing systems, document solutions) and VEGA SERVICES ( distribution and dematerialization).

3. Every partnership is unique

Whether they are publishers, integrators, or resellers, the Docoon teams place equal importance on the partnerships we build. Each partnership is unique. We approach the market by staying true to our core values: we make our commercial and technical expertise available to our publisher, integrator, and reseller partners.

We know how to adapt to the specific needs of our partners by providing them with the skills they require, thanks to our in-depth knowledge of the market and our technological expertise. While our technical teams are heavily involved with our software publisher clients, we also support integrators on the commercial side. For example, we advise them on how to approach the market with our solutions and provide them with market intelligence.

Resellers who decide to distribute our solutions benefit from extensive commercial and technical support. We take as much care in training and supporting a reseller of our solutions as we do a new Docoon employee. Our mission: to put our resellers in the best possible position to sell by providing training in our sales methods, tailored support, and regular information on product and market developments.
