With the advent of electronic invoicing reform, Eurêka Solutions wanted to strengthen its technological partnerships in the areas of regulatory compliance and paperless document management. Scope of service providers' activities
Eureka Solutions, through its sales management and accounting modules, generates invoices, payments, and associated data, which are then transmitted to the future Docoon Partner Dematerialization Platform (PDP), which will notably:
- Check the validity of sales invoices (e-invoicing);
- Extract the data required by the tax authorities from billing flows or sales information (e-reporting);
- Certify flows and transmit them to the future Public Invoicing Portal and to recipients;
The Youdoc solution will enable Eureka Solutions' customers to optimize their purchasing cycle thanks to three modules:
- Youdoc Analysis: for the classification and interpretation of documents using AI (Artificial Intelligence) technologies;
- Youdoc Management: for archiving and collaborative EDM of these documents;
- Youdoc Circulation: for document process management
A culture of interoperability
The success of this partnership relies on the agility of the Docoon and T2i France teams, who are experienced in project management. The two experts have assigned technical and commercial representatives to Eurêka Solutions. On the Docoon side, Alban Giroux, Compliance Director, and Damien Maitrot, R&D Director, are developing and ensuring the sustainability of the integrations between Docoon and Eurêka Solutions.
