In addition, prior to the project, we had made some estimates, so an invoice is estimated at 2 euros excluding labor costs for printing and inserting, whereas electronic invoicing costs us 20 times less.

While there are indeed installation costs, the savings are still there. An electronic invoice costs us between 9 and 15 cents, including archiving.
