"Our model is now complete. It is based on the strength of proven and approved technology, combined with the flexibility of a human-sized organization."

Hello Laurent Mezrahi, how would you describe 2025 for Docoon in one or two words? What were the main highlights of the year?

L.M.: It was intense and rewarding, culminating in the approval of our accreditation. On Monday, December 15, the DGFiP confirmed Docoon's definitive registration.

We have completed all regulatory approval stages and are now one of the first Approved Platforms (PA) authorized to operate under the electronic invoicing reform.

This is the result of intense work and tremendous collective commitment, which is why, once again this year, I would like to congratulate all of the Group's teams for their daily commitment and the quality of their work, which enable us to meet this regulatory requirement that is crucial to our development.

In 2024, you mentioned the acquisition of Neovacom (now Docoon.immo) as a major turning point. With the 2025 consolidation, would you say that the initial objective has been achieved—or even exceeded?

L.M.: This integration and consolidation was indeed a key step in our development. It marked a real change of scale, allowing us to draw on all the strengths of the group to consolidate our expertise and solutions.

It has enabled us to double our workforce and benefit from shared and enhanced R&D, accelerating development.

Synergies have enabled Docoon to meet the needs of our partner ecosystem (publishers, integrators, and resellers) by developing our PA solution as a "white label & gray label" product, and Docoon.immo to meet the specific needs of the real estate vertical with our Freedz solution, which is currently the only Approved Platform in France entirely dedicated to the real estate and construction ecosystem.

The Docoon Group has developed its Approved Platforms (APs) Docoon Invoice and Docoon Immo, and is helping its trusted customers to be ready by September 1, 2026. What has Docoon been working on in 2025 to prepare for the electronic invoicing reform?

L.M.: Registration is the official procedure by which the DGFiP authorizes a platform to act as a PA. Without this approval, it cannot transmit invoices and VAT data on behalf of companies. The process includes submitting a complete application (operator identity, technical file, security evidence), review by the Platform Registration Service, and then an audit and compliance and interoperability tests before being added to the official list of registered PAs. We have validated inter-platform exchange, connection to the Directory, and transmission to the tax concentrator, milestones that place us among the committed players ready to provide massive support to our partners and customers.

This registration is not just an administrative formality. It attests to the technical and regulatory robustness of our platforms. It confirms that Docoon now plays a leading role in the operational deployment of electronic invoicing in France.

In your opinion, what sets Docoon apart from its competitors in this market today?

L.M.: Partnerships have been at the heart of our development strategy for several years. We have therefore developed "white label" and "gray label" solutions for our partners.

This "white & gray" hybrid model is a real differentiator, as is our ability to anticipate regulatory changes and bring our partners on board with this dynamic.

We have committed to collaborative growth, convinced that our partners, publishers, ERP, EDM, and ECM integrators, and resellers are essential levers for spreading our value across the market.

Today, more than 60 active partners contribute to our growth, and 50% of our sales already come from indirect channels.

Our strategic approach is therefore based on complementarity: Docoon provides the technology, compliance, and robustness; our partners provide their in-depth knowledge of the business and their proximity to customers.

In 2025, how has the "PA/approved platform + white/gray label" approach evolved?

L.M.: As mentioned, partnerships play a central role in Docoon's development strategy. We provide robust and reliable solutions in the form of gray or white label products, allowing our partners to focus fully on their core business while integrating technology that complies with regulatory requirements.

Our model is now complete. It is based on the strength of proven and approved technology, combined with the flexibility of a human-sized organization.

We don't just sell a technical solution: we build lasting relationships based on trust, expertise, and joint performance. We provide an approach that combines auditing, piloting, and industrialization:

The widespread requirement for electronic invoicing is creating a real "tipping point" for many companies. How is Docoon preparing to respond to this increase in demand?

L.M.: Indeed, the reform will become a reality on September 1, 2026, for mid-sized companies and large corporations.

What challenges will Docoon face in 2026?

L.M.: Rather than talking about "challenges," the main objective for 2026 will be to support the customers and partners who have chosen us or who will choose us by offering them the highest quality of service, support, and compliance.

I would add, for our teams, the fact that we continue to embody our four values within the group: commitment, efficiency, kindness, and authenticity.

Thank you, Laurent Mezrahi, for answering our questions.
