" We are already seeing a sharp increase in requests from publishers, whom we will be able to support by enabling them to integrate a PDP solution and benefit from tailored support. "
Hello Laurent Mezrahi, how would you summarize the highlights and key lessons of 2024?
LM: 2024 was a particularly eventful year for Docoon.
At the beginning of the year, we acquired Neovacom, a publisher of business process digitization solutions for real estate professionals, notably through Freedz, a SaaS platform where nearly 10,000 users exchange electronic invoices.
We were then among the first publishers in the dematerialization market to receive provisional registration as a "Partner Dematerialization Platform (PDP)" as part of the 2026 electronic invoicing reform.
Finally, in line with our "partner" strategy, we have developed our "white label PDP" offering, which has enabled us to forge a significant number of partnerships with ERP and CRM publishers.
I would, of course, like to congratulate all of the Group's teams for their daily commitment and the quality of their work, which enable us to comply with this regulatory requirement, position ourselves as an expert and recognized player in the electronic invoicing market, and ensure optimal efficiency and availability for all of our other solutions.
What does the integration of Neovacom mean for Docoon?
L.M.: In the context of the reform, this merger allows us to consolidate our position and expertise in electronic invoicing.
We have doubled our workforce and now benefit from shared and enhanced R&D capabilities, enabling us to accelerate development.
With Docoon primarily focused on outgoing invoicing and Freedz on incoming invoicing, we have further enhanced the functional coverage of our respective services. These synergies enable us to offer even more effective solutions tailored to our customers' needs. As expected, the complementary nature of the two entities has come into its own this year.
What challenges will Docoon face in 2025?
L.M.: In order to meet the needs of our partner ecosystem (publishers, integrators, and resellers), we decided early on in our development process to provide our PDP solution as a "white label" product.
As mentioned above, we have already initiated a significant number of partnerships with ERP and CRM publishers. However, since October 15 and the government's announcement of a significant reduction in the scope of the public invoicing portal (PPF), all software that includes invoicing data will have to rely on a PDP in order to continue to ensure invoicing flows.
We are already seeing a sharp increase in requests from publishers, whom we will be able to support by enabling them to integrate a PDP solution and benefiting from tailored support. Publishers, as well as mid-sized companies and SMEs that have not yet chosen technology partners, must do so now, or risk finding themselves in a difficult race against time. Technological integration requires time for the solution to be set up and configured.
As for Freedz, which has also been registered as a PDP, we plan to strengthen and expand the functional coverage and added value of our solutions dedicated to the real estate vertical.
We will therefore continue our efforts to ensure that our customers are ready when the reform comes into effect. 1.
We remain highly focused on the ongoing major reform, for which the government has chosen to rely on trusted private partners, including us.
And finally, we are always on the lookout for opportunities to form partnerships or alliances.
Thank you, Laurent MEZRAHI, for taking the time to answer our questions.
