* Since the publication of this article, Docoon has received its temporary registration as a Partner Dematerialization Platform from the Directorate General of Public Finances under number 19.
WeSoft, a federator of vertical software publishers that supports business and ERP software publishers in their growth, works closely with Docoon, a leading publisher of digital trust and dematerialization solutions in France. Docoon attaches great importance to its network of partners. Our commitment: to adapt to our partners' businesses in order to provide them with high-end solutions and products tailored to their specific needs. In this post, we detail the strengths of this collaboration.
As part of its trusted partnership with WeSoft, Docoon collaborates with two companies in the WeSoft group: AGORINFO and RÉSOLUTION INFORMATIQUE.
AGORINFO is a software solutions publisher based in Rouen (Seine-Maritime) that is about to celebrate its40th anniversary. The company has a turnover of just under €2 million and employs around 20 people. It joined the WeSoft group in July 2021. AGORINFO targets two sectors of activity: – all professions in the meat industry and its traceability; – agricultural traders and cooperatives, as well as self-service agricultural stores such as GAMM VERT, which belong to these same cooperatives.
AGORINFO has joined forces with Docoon as part of a technology partnership, integrating certain Docoon features into its product. The AGORINFO teams highlight Docoon's ability to bring innovation to their customers and comply with the regulatory constraints inherent in their business.
Specifically, Docoon has implemented two high value-added solutions for its partner: electronic invoicing and electronic signatures. With regard to electronic signatures, the Docoon.sign solution enables cooperatives and grain traders to to easily enter into contracts with their customers. What's more, Docoon's electronic signature integrates directly with their business tools. This high level of integration gives grain cooperatives and traders greater visibility over their business, thanks to an agile and easy-to-use contracting process (document status = signed, downloaded, date of signature).
AGORINFO therefore chose Docoon for the simplicity of its developments (integration of Docoon APIs) and also for the competitive commercial terms offered in relation to the added value provided by the Docoon.sign solution. Following this successful collaboration, AGORINFO has chosen to equip itself with the Docoon solution for its own internal electronic invoicing needs, starting in the second quarter of 2024.
RÉSOLUTION INFORMATIQUE is a company based in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne) and Isneauville (Seine-Maritime). For over 35 years, RÉSOLUTION INFORMATIQUE has been publishing an ERP management solution for small businesses, SMEs, and mid-market companies, generating revenue of close to €2 million. Today, the company is verticalizing its solution for the wholesale trade in general, and the wholesale trade in construction materials in particular. The proximity of its teams to its customers and its ability to adapt its solution to their needs are two of the company's key strengths.
RÉSOLUTION INFORMATIQUE has joined forces with Docoon as part of a technology partnership, integrating certain Docoon features into its product. Initially, RÉSOLUTION INFORMATIQUE needed to be able to offer its customers solutions for sending emails, text messages, and faxes. Then, customer requests for paperless invoicing emerged, and it was in this context that the company naturally turned to Docoon to meet these needs.
The teams' existing mutual knowledge and the effectiveness of their operational cooperation were decisive factors in the decision-making process. Today,RÉSOLUTION INFORMATIQUE wishes to strengthen this partnership by building on the future Docoon PDP (Partner Dematerialization Platform), and thus be able to support its customers with the future compliance challenges specific to the electronic invoicing reform.
For the We Soft group, the important thing is to be able to rely on a technology partner with whom there is a relationship of trust in specific areas of business. This trust is based on the longevity of the partnership and a clear roadmap shared with the partner, which allows us to plan for product developments over the next 3-5 years. Importantly, Docoon shares with WeSoft a demanding commitment to customer service: providing solutions to product users by being able to anticipate how they and their customers will use the product.
Finally, the trust our partners place in us can be explained by the size of our company (a human-sized company), our understanding of the ecosystem of business software publishers, and finally, our shared vision, which reassures our partners and allows us to build a win-win partnership with them.
