* Since the publication of this article, Docoon has received its temporary registration as a Partner Dematerialization Platform from the French Public Finance Directorate under number 19.

We are pleased to announce that Divalto, a major player in the market for CRM-ERP and business solutions in the cloud, is continuing its collaboration with the Docoon group's solutions. Since 2018, Divalto has been relying on our expertise to offer access to the Chorus Pro Public Invoicing Platform (PPF) via its divalto infinity ERP. With the public finance law making electronic invoicing universal about to come into force, Divalto is developing its partnership with Docoon, which will be one of the first publishers to be registered by the state as a Partner Dematerialization Platform (PDP) . We are meeting our client's objective of integrating turnkey features for the dematerialization of all types of invoices within the divalto infinity ERP.

  1. Meeting the challenge of electronic invoicing reform

Since 2018, Docoon has been integrated with the divalto infinity ERP system, enabling the digitization of customer invoices sent to public services via the Chorus Pro portal, from tracking to payment.

Aware of the challenges associated with document digitization in light of the upcoming implementation of Article 153 of the 2020 Public Finance Act, our client, Divalto, has decided to take things a step further. Its goal is to partner with a PDP solution available through the Divalto Infinity ERP system to manage the digitization of all types of invoices.

From July 1, 2024 ¹, companies will have to be able to accept electronic invoices and will be able to choose a Partner Dematerialization Platform (PDP) to send and receive their electronic invoices or to send transaction and payment data to the French authorities.

In this context, Divalto has decided to strengthen its partnership with Docoon to enable its customers to benefit from complete automation of their document chain and invoicing tools. The integration between the Docoon digitization platform and the Divalto Infinity ERP system enables comprehensive management of company documents, whatever the need (contracts, pay slips, invoicing, customer relations, etc.). All data collected within the ERP is analyzed and signed by a trusted third party, in this case Docoon, ensuring full compliance.

  1. Divalto and Docoon: the power of ERP combined with a registered PDP

Although it took until 2022 for the market to return to its pre-COVID-19 health crisis level², those involved in the digitalization of businesses must now more than ever anticipate the changes brought about by the 2020 Finance Act in order to respond to and stay ahead of upcoming legal constraints.

Divalto has nearly 40 years of experience and is positioned as a major player in ERP and CRM. Its strength lies in offering packaged business tools designed to facilitate business management and boost daily operations.

This is why continuing the partnership with Docoon is part of Divalto's strategy, which involves significant investment in R&D in order to anticipate the functionalities and needs of tomorrow. Vincent Laurain, ERP Product Director at Divalto, explains: " As a pioneer and recognized trusted third party, Docoon has successfully demonstrated the full extent of its expertise alongside us in recent years. In view of the reform, it is important to go further. Beyond the management of invoices between VAT-registered entities (BtoB), companies will also have to declare transactions with non-VAT-registered entities (BtoC – associations, etc.) and all export invoicing, information which is, of course, available in Divalto Infinity. We therefore needed to find a solution that could meet these requirements. This is the case with Docoon, which did not wait for the reform to integrate tools for dematerializing invoicing and capable of communicating with the Chorus-Pro PPF in its offering and, in the future, capable of communicating with other PDP players on the market. All these benefits, combined with its expertise in electronic signatures, archiving, certification, etc., and future PDPs, make it the ideal partner.

  1. Our goal: to respond to market challenges

With over 35 years of experience, Docoon is one of the pioneers in document digitization. Our solution is certified by the FNTC (Fédération des Tiers de Confiance du Numérique) in category 1 for RGS electronic signatures and covers the entire document chain with features such as time stamping, electronic invoicing, electronic signatures, and the Chorus Pro hub.

We are positioning ourselves as a future Partner Dematerialization Platform (PDP), enabling us to meet the regulatory requirement for all French companies to use electronic invoicing from January 1, 2024.

Victor Delancray, Sales Director at Docoon, said: " We are delighted with this partnership. In four years, thanks to our complementary expertise, we have been able to sign up around 100 clients with Divalto, including Faille Industrie, a subsidiary of the Mirwault group, TGS France, Palais des Thés, and Jardin de France. Together, our solutions enable comprehensive invoice processing, with a tool that generates the document via the ERP on one side and a solution that certifies and distributes it on the other. With the reform coming into effect in 2024, companies will have to go beyond managing invoices and also declare receipts, VAT, invoice payments, etc. Under these conditions, our already highly functional partnership will continue and even evolve towards greater integration in order to meet the challenges of the market. "

The next step will be to take into account the document exchange formats on the public invoicing platform (PPF: Public Invoicing Portal). The objective is to define formats that meet the challenges of the reform and then define the method of transmission for e-reporting flows (related to VAT, invoice collection, interconnection with international platforms: SDI for Italy, PEPPOL for Europe, etc.). Divalto's ERP, the entry point for customer data, will thus be enhanced by Docoon, which will be the exit point to the French tax authorities and their European counterparts.
