The Docoon teams are proud to announce that Eurêka Solutions, publisher and integrator of the "Eurêka ERP" ERP software on IBM Power i, has chosen Docoon, a specialist in digitization and dematerialization solutions, as its technology partner for fiscal dematerialization.
Thus, with the 2024 public finance law about to come into force, Eurêka Solutions is expanding its collaboration with Docoon , which will be one of the first publishers to be registered as a State Partner Dematerialization Platform (PDP).
For Eureka, the aim is to offer its customers a proven solution for comprehensive invoice management, from certification to e-invoicing and e-reporting. For Docoon, this new technological partnership is part of a development strategy aimed at creating connectors with ERP publishers on the French market to offer a simple and integrated experience as the reform approaches in 2024.
1. Eureka chooses Docoon for the digitization of its customers' invoices
Publisher and integrator of the Eurêka ERP integrated management software package for over 20 years, the company, located in the Grand Est region, now has more than 200 customers and over 5,000 users. Contributing to the development and success of its customers, the company offers scalable management solutions tailored to the size and business of each company. Already a partner of Docoon on certain client projects relating to document digitization, Eurêka wants to go further. The publisher has chosen Docoon, the future PDP, to support it in digitizing its clients' invoices in the face of tax reform.
Founded over 40 years ago, Docoon is one of France's pioneers in document digitization. Docoon is a member of College 1 of the FNTC (Fédération des Tiers de Confiance du Numérique), GS1 France, FNFE MPE, EESPA, and PEPPOL. The publisher offers some of the most attractive digitization services on the market thanks to its secure platform enabling time stamping, qualified eIDAS electronic signatures, NF 461 probative archiving, and multi-channel transmission: signed PDF, Factur-x, Chorus Pro, Peppol, EDI, postal mail, etc.
2. Docoon, your trusted partner for electronic invoicing reform
With the 2024 Finance Act on the mandatory digitization of invoices for all businesses (by 2026) * on the horizon, Eurêka is joining forces with one of the market's leading players.
The collaboration between the two companies, which until now had mainly focused on invoice digitization via signed PDFs, is now expanding to include comprehensive invoice management. Eurêka's customers are thus assured of a sustainable solution in the run-up to the reform.
Emmanuel Esteves, Director of R&D at Eurêka Solution, says: "Docoon has successfully demonstrated the full extent of its expertise alongside us over the last five years. In light of the reform, it is important to go further to help our customers understand how it will be implemented. By partnering with the future Docoon PDP, we are choosing experience and security. Not only is the solution well-proven, but Docoon regularly makes significant investments in R&D to remain at the forefront of the field. Docoon provides us with every guarantee in terms of sustainability and security. We can therefore move forward with confidence and focus on our core business."
3. Docoon, trusted third party for Eureka Solutions
Those involved in the digitalization of businesses must, now more than ever, anticipate the changes brought about by the 2024 Finance Act in order to respond to and stay ahead of future legal constraints.
In addition to billing data (e-invoicing), suppliers, customers, and their platforms will have to inform the administration of the invoice lifecycle through "statuses." The administration has provided for around 20 statuses, some of which are mandatory, such as filing, rejection, or collection. On the other hand, the data (related to e-reporting) will differ depending on whether the transactions are international B2B or B2C, and the payment data will differ depending on whether the transactions are B2C or B2B.
In this context, Eureka Solutions combines Docoon's expertise in digitization with its own ERP expertise to offer a comprehensive solution for the complete automation of the document chain and invoicing flows. All data collected within the ERP system is analyzed and signed by a trusted third party, in this case Docoon, ensuring full compliance.
Victor Delancray, Sales Director at Docoon, adds: " We are delighted with this partnership with Eurêka Solutions. Our complementary expertise enables comprehensive invoice processing, with an ERP platform for generating invoices on the one hand, and a future PDP that will certify, archive, and transmit them in accordance with the e-invoicing and e-reporting requirements imposed by the reform on the other. This partnership makes perfect sense, as we will be the government's PDP. Eurêka ERP customers are thus guaranteed to benefit from a solution that will be able to secure and certify all invoices processed, as well as manage e-invoicing and e-reporting, which are major new features of this reform. In addition, Eurêka Solutions joins the ranks of many recently signed partners such as Xelians, Divalto, Avanteam, etc."
(*) The DGFiP (Directorate General of Public Finances) announced in a press release on July 28, 2023, that the implementation date of the reform had been postponed indefinitely. This date will be set as part of the process of adopting the 2024 finance law.
